Help: Admin Sign-in
Admin access uses passwordless Magic Links. There are no passwords.
You request a one-time sign-in link by email and use it to access the admin portal for this region.
How to sign in
- Enter your admin email address.
- Click Send magic link (or equivalent button).
- Open the email and click the sign-in link.
- If clicking does not work, copy and paste the full URL into your browser.
Magic Link rules
- Single-use: once opened successfully, the same link cannot be used again.
- Expires automatically: if you wait too long, you must request a new link.
- Rate-limited: repeated requests trigger a short cooldown (typically about 2 minutes).
- Newest link wins: if you request multiple links, only the most recent one will work.
If you do not receive the email
- Check spam/junk folders.
- Search your inbox for the subject containing your region name.
- Wait for the cooldown to pass, then request a new link.
- Confirm you are using the correct region site (correct subdomain).
Common messages
- “We’ve just sent a link. Please wait…”: you are in the cooldown window. Wait and try again.
- “Invalid or expired link”: the link is too old or already used. Request a new one.
- “Email not recognised”: you are not registered as an admin for this region, or you are on the wrong region site.
- “Bad CSRF token”: the page was open too long or your session expired. Reload and try again.
Invited as a new admin
If you have been invited, accept the invite from the email first. Invite links are single-use and time-limited.
After acceptance, use this page for routine sign-in.
Security notes
- Do not forward magic links. Anyone with the link can sign in as you until it expires.
- Close the browser or log out on shared computers.
