Help: Rider sign-in
Riders sign in using passwordless Magic Links. There are no passwords.
Enter your email address and the portal emails you a one-time sign-in link.
How to sign in
- Enter your email address.
- Click Send magic link.
- Open the email and click the sign-in link.
- If clicking does not work, copy and paste the full URL into your browser.
Magic Link rules
- Single-use: once opened successfully, the same link cannot be used again.
- Expires automatically: if you wait too long, request a new link.
- Rate-limited: repeated requests trigger a short cooldown (typically about 2 minutes).
- Newest link wins: if you request multiple links, only the most recent one will work.
If you do not receive the email
- Check spam/junk folders.
- Wait for the cooldown to pass, then request one new link.
- Confirm you are on the correct region site (correct subdomain).
Common messages
- Bad CSRF token: your session expired or the page was open too long. Reload and try again.
- Cooldown / rate limit: wait and request another link after the cooldown.
- Email send failed: temporary email issue. Try again shortly.
- Unknown region: the URL does not include a valid region. Start from the main region list and select your region.
Security notes
- Do not forward Magic Links. Anyone with the link can sign in as you until it expires.
- Close the browser or sign out on shared computers.
