Help: Rider home
This page is the Rider Portal entry for your region. Riders sign in using Magic Links, then create or manage
their dispensation request and upload supporting evidence when required.
If you see a region list here
- You are on the apex domain without a specific region selected.
- Select your region to continue to the correct Rider Login page.
- If your region is not listed, it may not be active or available in the portal.
If you are not signed in
- Click Rider Login and request a Magic Link to your email.
- Magic Links are one-time use and expire automatically (typically within 15 minutes).
- Requesting links repeatedly triggers a short cooldown (about 2 minutes).
- If you request multiple links, only the most recent one will work.
If you are signed in
- Open my request: view your request and respond to any admin “more info” requests.
- View my activity: view your recent activity history for this region.
- Sign out: ends your session on this device.
Common issues
- No email received: check spam/junk, then request one link again after the cooldown.
- Link expired: request a new magic link from the sign-in page.
- Wrong region: return to the main region list and select the correct region.
Security notes
- Do not forward Magic Links. Anyone with the link can sign in as you until it expires.
- Close the browser or sign out on shared computers.
